新型コロナウィルス感染症拡大防止への協力として4月より営業を休止して参りましたが、種々の対応を施した上で本日6月1日から段階的（詳細下記）に営業を再開することにいたしました。皆様のお越しを心よりお待ちしております。
パンセの対応事項
パンセでは以下の対応を実施してまいります。お客様にはご不便をお掛けすることになりますが、お客様皆様並びに従業員の安心・安全のため何卒ご理解のほど宜しくお願いいたします。
- お食事の際に、食堂にて社会的距離（ソーシャルディスタンス）を確保するため、ご宿泊いただく人数を限定させていただきます。
- ご到着の際に、新型コロナウィルス感染症に関連した質問票のご記入をお願いいたします（症状のあるお客様等のご宿泊をお断りする可能性がございます）。
- 館内に手指消毒用のアルコール消毒液を設置いたします。
- ご入館の際、朝食・夕食時に食堂にお入りいただく際に手指消毒をお願いいたします。
なお、営業の再開は以下の2段階で行います。あわせてご理解のほど宜しくお願いします。
第一段階（6月1日〜6月18日）
新型コロナウィルス感染拡大に伴う政府・自治体方針等を踏まえ、長野県内在住のお客様に限定して営業を再開いたします。
第二段階（6月19日〜）
前述の対応事項を維持したまま、全国のお客様を対象として営業を再開いたします。なお、本日（6月1日）朝の時点で、6月27日以降であればご予約いただける状況です。空室状況は変動いたしますので詳細はお問い合わせいただきますようお願いします。
なお、状況によりスケジュールは変更する可能性があります。また、一度ご予約をお取りしたお客様にキャンセルのお願いをする可能性もございます点何卒ご了解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

We are very happy to announce that Pensee will now gradually resume our business starting 1 June 2020. We are very much looking forward to welcoming our guests finally.
Our request to customers
For our customers and our employees' health and safety, we will kindly ask our customers to accept below listed points:
- In order to secure social distancing, we will have to limit our capacity
- We will ask all our customers to fill out questionnaire form upon arrival in relation to COVID-19 (please note that we may refuse to accept our guests if they have any symptom)
- We will provide alcohol hand sanitizers
- All customers are kindly requested to sanitize their hands when entering into our building as well as dining room for dinner/breakfast
Also, to be in line with the request from Nagano Prefecture, we will only accept guests who have their permanent address in Nagano Prefecture until 18 June 2020. After 19 June 2020, Pensee will be open to all guests.
Please note that the above mentioned schedule is subject to change depending on the situation at the time. Also, please understand that we may need to ask to cancel reservation if COVID-19 status should return to previous situation.
