FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Are the rooms in your hotel en-suite?
Our rooms are not en-suite where bathrooms are shared between four-five rooms – although there is a wash basin in every bedroom.
Are the bedrooms in your hotel air-conditioned?
We do not have air conditioning in any of our hotel bedrooms. Please note however that we are located in highlands and there is no need for air conditioning facilities. All rooms are equipped with heating facilities for winter stay.
Are disabled rooms available at your hotel?
Disabled rooms are not available at our hotel; please contact us directly for details prior to booking if you need any special assistance.

Are tea and coffee-making facilities, and shampoo and shower gel, available in the room?
A hot water pot, tea cups, and sachets of Japanese tea are available in every one of our rooms. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in shared bathroom.
Are hairdryers, universal adaptors and fridges available at your hotel?
Our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer. Universal adaptors are also available on request.

Fridges are not available. If you need to use fridges for the storage of medication etc please contact reception.

Are baby cots available at all of your hotel?
Baby cots are not available.
What time am I able to check in?
You can check in any time between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact us in advance.

What time should I check out by?
You should check out any time before 10:00 AM.
My train/bus arrives early in the morning; will it be possible to check in early?
Please be advised our standard check-in time is any time after 2:00 PM. To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, an early check-in may be possible. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check-in.
My train/bus leaves late in the day; will it be possible to check out late?
Should you wish to retain your room after 10:00 AM, please arrange with reception. All rooms subject to availability. Additional charges may apply: please contact reception for details.
Is wireless internet available at all of your hotel?
Wireless internet is available in all bedrooms free of charge.
Are safety deposit boxes available at your hotel?
We do not have safety deposit box in a room. You can leave your personal belongings at reception.
Is room service available at your hotel?
Room service is available for snacks and drinks. Please contact reception for details.
Are pets permitted in your hotel?
Pets are not permitted in our hotel, with the exception of certified assistance animals.
Is smoking permitted in your hotel?
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in our building. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
Do you accept credit card for my payment?
Yes, we accept major credit card brand including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover. Please note that credit card payment is subject to 5% surcharge.
RESERVATION
What is your full cancellation policy?
Cancellation is subject to following cancellation policy. Upon cancellation of a reservation, the customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of accommodation (cancellation charge) as listed below.

Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival date: 30%
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date: 80%
Cancellation within 6 days of arrival date: 100%
No notice/no show: 100%

What is included in the price of my room?
A dinner and a breakfast are included in the price of a room.

Our dinner starts at 6:30 PM and breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Please let us know if anybody in your booking has any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.

Is there car parking available at your hotel?
Car parks are available for our customers.
